List of default services for use by the units in NSEZ for authorized operations only
Further as per para 6.3.9 of Handbook of Procedures (Vol. I), on
the completion of approval period, it is for the unit to continue under
EOU Scheme or opt out of the Scheme. If no intimation in this regard is
received from the unit within a period of six months, Development Commissioner
shall take suo moto action to cancel the LOP and take further action in this regard.
