Now, therefore, in exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (1) of section 40 of Industrial Disputes Act, 1947 (Central Act No. 14 of 1947), the Governor of Haryana hereby add to the first schedule to the said Act, the following industry, namely:
"28 Any industry established in Export Promotion Industrial park and to which the State Government is appropriate Government and is exporting upto 30% of their turn over"
